Not that I am aware of.  Canadians did have this option.
We only had the infamous 1982-1983 oil burners, reciprocating ntc.

PS --I ordered a complete td motor from BD but when it arrived it had been
flattened into the size of a breadbox by a car crusher.  Vendor took it
back no problem.
