I installed a folding jump seat from a later model Carat. This seat is easily removable without tools by pulling a single knob. A metal bracket and the seat belts remain in the van when the seat is removed. It faces to the rear and sits directly behind the passenger front seat. I am very satisfied with it. My 10 year old daughter is the primary user and she loves having her own seat.

I am trying to figure a way to get a fifth seating arrangement in my '81 Westy. I have two carseats, a ten yr old during the summer and my wife to seat. is there any jumpseat that i could install or possibly a bench type seat between the front buckets ?

hope you can help.

Paul Lindsay '81 Westy
