These big VW/Audi CVs don't happen to be interchangable with 930 CVs, do they? Ha, having typed this message, I saw Chris Weddle's messafe. Funny, he didn't tell me about RSA flanges when I saked...just offered me flange-adaptor rings! Can you tell me if the 108mm VW CVs are the same as 930? If so, maybe I could get some direct from RSA.

I really need to find a "cheap" source. The US-new 930 CV prices are not affordable ($124US each complete, or about $1127NZ for a set!!). If I can find out that the Audi or BMW units are the same, I could get used ones no problem locally. What about Mercedes CVs?

The imperatives...MUST have identical axle diameter to 930, same spline tooth-size and number, same CV total length. And if clearance is close on the VW outer flanges, outer CV base diameter would be critical too.

None of this is info I can get here in NZ. Even the German Porsche wreckers don't seem to know anything about CVs...was offered 100mm 915 CVs and G50 CVs when I asked for 930s.
