Subject: Juli's mirror & Bus Depot

This is typical, even when I order NEW Dell computers, if they are damaged its UPS's responsibility to resolve the insurance of this item during the shipping phase of the purchase. Although Dell has great customer suervice & will usually spearhead this for me. It would be of best interest for the Bus Depot to help out BUT it is not their resposibility.

Thats just the way shipping works, the shipper carries the insurance and is resposible.

Your problem is unique, poor packing/handling/cust servc.. All 3 packed into one experience.

However be compasionate and understanding, it was xmas mail rush, everyone is frantic. I just bought a seat for my 95 EVC from someone in Miami (Im in Phx). I went through a bunch of hoops and mistakes (by shipper) before I finnaly put it in my EVC yesterday. It required a bit of patience on my part (and sellers too).
