David,

The main reason for going to the 930 CV joints is that they will operate reliably at a higher angle - not so much because they were designed for higher angles as because they are bigger and tougher, so they can be forced past their recommended operating angle without breaking.

As long as the CV angles are minimal, the stock 100mm joints will work fine.
