No, we don't want to hurt them! But we DO want them to improve their packing (old newspaper is free, they could use more; the recipient pays the resulting little extra freight and gets parts intact; both parties are happy). And Ron should perhaps investigate the attitude of his staff, who have been reported more than once to be less than pleasant (of course here we don't REALLY KNOW how the customer approached them about the breakages...might have been unpleasant to the staffmember from word go).

Of course SOME packages are going to be deliberately trashed by scumbags in the shipping industry, no matter how well-packed. A box, no matter how much packing is stuffed into it, isn't going to come off well when run over, dumped on or skewered by a forklift.
