Okay, I have to chime in here. The whole issue, was NOT UPS, it was mail. It was USPS, United States Postal Service. UPS damage claims can be put in by the shipper, and a call tag can be placed, and another shipped out right away. With mail, it is different. The person who has the package, has to put the claim in. The shipper has it's hands tied in the matter. They can get another one out to her, that is not a problem. Some of you know, because you have received damaged mail packages, and had to go through the same drill. SHE has to take the item, the box and the packaging to the Post office, and put the claim in there. There is NOTHING the Bus Depot can do until that happens. This whole conversation has twisted away from the point. SHE is holding the product. There is a form that the post office gives you, on that form there are two option. Pay sender, or Pay addressee. If she chooses pay sender, and faxes that form to The Bus Depot, they WILL get another one out IMMEDIATELY, with no hassle. If she chooses pay addressee, she will get her money from the post office, and can reorder, or get it from another vendor.
