I don't understand, why is it OK to slander UPS or USPS or FedEx but when we complain about a VW vender everybody gets defensive ? This thread went from poor packaging to this long thread about shipping companies with no problem in flaming them? Is it OK because there so big and our beloved VW vendor are so small? Dan

In my case UPS also collected the 8% PST for the Ontario Government. They are under no legal compulsion to do so - just coercion.

And the post office does NOT collect the 8% PST.

If I can keep just one Listmember from being ripped off by UPS, I won't feel so bad about what they are doing to me. -Larry
