Ron,
I don't think PPG offers this item.
In a matter of fact, I'm sure.
The tool is a semi-hard rubber wheel that fits in your drill.
Get it spinning, and lay it on the stripes in question---BANG-- their
gone-- glue and everything.
Will not harm the finish, at all.
It is available at all your better body shop
supply stores.                                           It is called
the "Stripe Eliminator"

The tool is made by Motor Guard Corp.
