and most other 30 year old vw's and porsche's too. the 914 has heater channel/reinforcement rail/rocker/floor pan rust problems like the beetle. the fact that all of them were Targas (removeable hardtop) makes the rust problem even worse. i've seen some almost break in half due to rust here in the northeast. Cool cars tho if you luck out and find one from the southwest. even cooler are the 914-6....with the REAL Porsche (flat 6) engine in it. those things can FLY... chris
