Subject:      STEBRO 1.9 Muffler Sales
Content-Type: multipart/alternative;

After a visit to the STEBRO facilities yesterday I find that there are still some STEBRO/Vanagon Stainless Steel Muffler for the 1.9 litre waterboxer engined Vanagons available at the introductory price. I would have thought they would have all been snapped up by now due to the amount of e-mails I've got from interested parties. STEBRO is now wondering if it was worth the effort to have engineered and produced this muffler. If you want quality stainless steel exhaust components for your Vanagons then you need to show your support soon or STEBRO is gonna give up on this project. Below is the original announcement that was sent pout just before Christmas. Maybe some of you missed it so here it is again.

Just in time for Christmas ! STEBRO has released for immediate sale the STEBRO/Vanagon Stainless Steel Muffler for the 1.9 litre waterboxer engined Vanagon. See STEBRO/Vanagon Stainless Steel Exhaust System for complete details. There is a special introductory offer for Vanagon List Members only. The first five (5) List Members to place an order will receive a $50 USD/$75 CND discount. After those five are taken there will be the customary 5% List Member discount. You must ask for the discount when you order and identify yourself as a Vanagon List Member. This muffler is similar in design to the STEBRO muffler for the 2.1 engined Vanagon and pics of this muffler are on the website. It will have an integral tail pipe and mount in the same manner as the OEM muffler. It will have its own special integral bracket which will use a special VW like rod which will replace VW part #025-251-348. The other two rods, VW parts #s, 025-251-349 and 025-251-347, will be supplied by separate order in stainless steel by STEBRO or you can use your originals, if you still have them, or get new ones from VW. This STEBRO/Vanagon Stainless Steel Muffler comes with a Lifetime warranty. Pricing, which includes mounting kit, shipping, handling, taxes, duties, and lifetime guarantee is $295.00 USD/ $440.00 CND. The two rods are $25.00 USD/$35.00 CND each. Please visit the STEBRO/Vanagon Stainless Steel Exhaust System webpage for complete details and ordering instructions.

Happy Holidays,
