Ron, since you might be headed to Tahoe you could call George at German Motors in Tahoe City... he has drive lines rebuilt at Reno Driveline.. and sells them for about... $350 I think... I have one on my Syncro... the U-Joints have zerk fittings and can be greased.... 530-583-6260
