Subject: VW MicroBus Concept - deep dashes, and why..
Comments: To:
Content-Type: multipart/alternative;

the deep dashes are necessary to make the concept bus appear to have a snub-nose similar to the old microbus. Otherwise, the hood would stick out as much as a eurovan and everyone would complain it looks like a chrysler minivan. Could you imagine if the New Beetle didnt have a deep dash? then it wouldnt have that beetle shape.

less of a windshield = more of a hood and less of a resemblance to the rear engined vw retro look.

think about it.
