Terry, you seem to have developed a sense of humor... I appreciate that! but, really, I feel just fine about my heavy duty syncro paper filter.

as for the theory the K&N is okay since it is still being sold... there is a lot of junk being sold out there that goes against your theory... not saying K&N is junk, but just because something has been on the market for years doesn't mean it is good stuff... besides, I'm only concerned about really dusty off road use... and only a very small percentage of users encounter that condition and even then only a very small percentage of the time....
