You'll enjoy my story. My S&S header did not fit at all - the tube for the #4 cylinder would not match up and was hitting the engine support. I boxed it up and sent it to them to check on their jig - but luckily I sent it USPS with proof of delivery not UPS, and waited, and waited, and waited.

Long story short, after a year and may letters they finally said that they had lost my headers but were nice enough to send me a complete new one as a replacement.

So, I'm not enamored with their service, but at least they made good in the end. (assuming that the replacement will fit)
