Hi Ed,

The digest is a subscription option for the list. Instead of a receiving bunch of e-mails all day long, your messages will be compiled into a larger e-mail message that will be delivered once or twice a day.

To see how to sign up for the list and how to set your subscription to digest mode, please visit:

Is this a regular article that someone writes and sends out to the group? How do I sign up?

-Ed
