FWIW - I purchased your book, Simon, when I lived in the US. It's available in Borders Bookstores (at least in CA). It remains, for me, one of the most informative and entertaining VW books in my collection. I love it! Highly recommended.

My favourite pic is the Nigerian Type-2 ambulance which ran into a camel & was later converted to a camper!
