I recently re-did the interior of my vanagon, remove all interior panels.

I then saw why using the drimmel on the seam outside may not have been enough. Water leaks down from the window seal and down the inside of the

body panel, which is only lightly painted. Here is where the panels are spot welded and you need to make sure this area is crapped and treated as

well. I tried using the Worth product on the outside (very similar to POR 15) of seam before painting, but I know it will come back. I wish I had an easy answer, maybe the Zinc paint will help more the next

time I grind them down.
