Subject: Hints on removing diesel injector pump sprocket.

Okay ...I just busted one 3-leg puller (cheapo from Harbor Freight, I know) trying to get the diesel injector pump sprocket off.

As usual, Bentley makes it all sound so simple what with all the VW tools being available. In the real world what do you guys do?

I tensioned the thing up with the puller, lightly tapped the sprocket in a variety if places and said nice encouraging things to it ...but, puller breaks!
