Subject: Engine Needed - Pennsylvania
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii"; format=flowed

My oil light has been coming on at stop signs, oil level is 3/4 of the way up between notches on dipstick, but I have noticed a tap coming from the engine which was alleviated with marvels mystery oil in the gas, and transvalve in the oil... but the tap is back... and I fear my engine is on it's last legs... I'm not a rich person, $1000 for an engine seems like a HUGE amount of money to me, I really love my vanagon and dunno what I would do if it were to die on me. Anyone out there in Pennsylvania with an engine looking for one to swap (for rebuild or whatever) please e-mail me! It's not a daily driver, but I would like to keep it on the road. I am willing to pay for an engine if one can be found in my area, would like to keep costs down tho...

Mike Brennan Jr.
