FYI: The US Post Office won't take packages over 44 lbs., so we couldn't ship a transaxle that way even if we wanted to.

As far as packages less than 44 lbs. are concerned: Any company (or individual) that is not adding in a surcharge to send international packages through the U.S. Post Office is probably losing money on the deal (time is money!). Of course, they might have some extra $$ built in to the price of their parts to make up for this...
