All kidding aside. Ken, When I worked for AT&T in the early 80's they surveyed customers monthly. Their research told them that a dissatisfied customer will tell more than 200 people on the very month of their experience. On the other hand, a satisfied customer will only tell two other people in six months. This was before the advent of the Internet. So I guess you should be thankful when people aren't talking about you. Most of the time it means you are doing your job. Assuming of course that you are still getting orders. BenT San Francisco |
