Glue could gum up the whole lock !!.. here is a neat trick I saw a lock smith use .. find the smallest jigsaw (coping saw) blade possible & snap it in the middle then slip the thin saw blade into the lock beside the key with the teeth pointing up . apply a small twist & pull so the blade teeth "bite" into the key .. voila ..
