Chris, IMHO, Painting is a no-no, without a booth, anywhere in the US,unless your a farmer, in some remote, rural area, where no one knows what your up to. Pitching a tent, in some city, town, burg, whistlestop, may draw attention to a refinishing extravaganza, and draw some heat from the authorities, or aggravate the hell out of your neighbors. Better idea is to find a garage, to use to camouflage your activities.
