Subject:      shifting troubles

well this morning hopped in my 85GL and tried going into (R) and heard a pop, well seems something happened to my shifting now, maybe I snapped a part, still shifts, but very sloppy near (R) and first.. clutch seems fine I drove 30 miles, in road rage.. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

anyway any ideas? I lifted the shifting boot to find some particals but I'm able to pull up on the shift rod faily high..

I might remove the spare tire at my lunch time..
