Subject: Help with 1991 Vanagon headlights
Content-Type: text/plain; format=flowed

Hi Folks,

Last night, I left my house at twilight. It was hard to tell how dim my head lights were... Finally, it go dark enough, for me to see my lo beams were no even working! (much to my surprise).

I pulled over, and checked. Yep. Low beams on both sides were off. However, my low beams did would work when I switch to my brights. I sheepishly, drove home withmy brights on, all the way.

I checked the fuses, and they all appear to be ok.

Would anyone have an idea what might be wrong?

Here is the information. I own a 1991 Vanagon GL. White, stock. I've not changed anything on it, except the wipers and tires. It only has 67k on it.

Thanks in advance for your help, Neil :)
