Subject: Do vanagons have heated seats?
Content-Type: text/plain; format=flowed

Hi Folks,

As I was waiting for a friend at the store, I started to read my 1991 Vanagon GL hand book that comes from VW. Even tho it came with my 1991, it clearly says the book was printerd in Germany in 1989. No biggie.

Some where, near the middle/back of the manual, it mentions "Heated seats", Driver 's seat to be specific. It has a very small, vague control panel, on the back side of the yoke of the steering wheel, which I believe is supposed to be a temp guage or controller.

Does this sound famliar? Does anyone have a heated seat(s)? Cloth? Vinel? Would anyone know what year this was available on? Can it be added on?

Kind of wish I had one when I live in Alaska.

I'd love to see pictures if anyone can post them... Not a big deal, but I am very curious to know more about them now..

Thanks much, Neil 1991 Vanagon GL 57k _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com
