Chad..It's gotta be a 3rd gear syncro thats going bad...at times, the
cold thicker gear oil will help act as a cushion and help a worn syncro
function....as it warms up, the oil thins & you are back to being worn
out...$995 for a rebuild is eventually the only cure..
 It is also possible that the 3rd/4th slider hub is cracking and starting
to misalign somehow....You might put Dino oil back in for a temporary fix
if it was OK before you changed the oil...Good Luck
