Here it is.

This is pretty much the words of the original authors, mechanics, etc.
I edited a tiny bit for clarity and merged a couple of posts by the same
person when one had some info that the other didn't and vice versa
rather than have too much redundancy.

No mechanical knowledge of my own interjected - although you wouldn't
know it if I did because I have none on this subject.
