Subject: Compliments to Steve Sandlin

I just want everyone on the list to know that Steve Sandlin went the extra mile to get me the right keys for my '84 Vanagon. The one good key that I did have had been stolen from my mechanic's key box. I gave Steve the key code from the right-hand passenger's door lock, and he cut me three new keys. Our wonderful Postal Service trashed them. Steve recut the keys and added a fourth one with rubber grip for good measure and sent them Express Mail. USPS here in Macon tried to trash the shipment this morning. I had to go up the chain of command to get the parcel delivered at 5 p.m. this afternoon. Keys were just right.
