This may not help you directly, but I finally got decent tires on my 7 passenger van earlier today.

They are Yokohama "Super Van" 356s in 185-14. They are 6 ply rated, though not M&S, and so far, they are great (after 25 miles). They seem to have a soft ride and good control. Can't say anything about wet traction yet. The van needs shocks, and probably an alignment, so I'll report further soon.
