Javier... what are you saying? ... are your batteries NOT in parallel? If they were hooked in series you would be running 24 volts through your system... assuming you have 12 volt batteries like most of the rest of us....

2 12 volt batteries in parallel should not be a problem on a 12 volt system... but it is best if they are the same size...
