Hi Tom,

I have a 85 GL.

The things that helped my idle troubles the most were:

Disconnected the wire from the 02 sensor and cleaned the connection. It sounds like you have already done that.

You're Digijet ECU, I was told from list member Darrell, is grounded partly through the bracket that it mounts to. He suggested a extra ground on the ECU. I grounded from the ECU to the cylinder head, they have a place for a bolt on the top towards the front, like they figured you would do this. Then from the cylinder head I continued the ground to the upper right of the engine compartment where I used to have my power steering boost solenoid. There is a place for 2 solenoids on the upper right engine bay, you may have 2 solenoids, one or none. Depending if you have AC and/or PS.

Also the transaxle has a ground strap on it that people say to keep clean.

Also the upper bleed screw is the one to use. Soak it with penetrant for a few days first. I broke my bleed screw and ended up buying 2 new calipers before it was all over....
