That's pretty much right, and I run my Vanagon at 75 miles an hour all day
and it never complains.  Seems to be around 4200 RPM at that speed for me.
It would probably even get 20mpg doing that speed again if I'd take care of
it's stuck thermostat, but it's just too darned cold to work on it now.
