From time to time, I have experienced corrosion at the ends of the ignition wires. This is not due to moisture getting in (unless it is green in color) but it appears to be from arcing (white powder). Everything is fully seated and the cables are new yet it happens sometimes in less than two months. Other times, I have no problems. New cables, same source in both cases. The latest experience was between the ignition wire and the high voltage coil contact. I am having no misfire or anything like that but I am guessing that it would only be a matter of time. Anyone else experienced this kind of problem before? William |
