About the best thing I have found is to get a program like "Outlook" that can be set up to catch "junk mail". About once a week just empty the folder. I read somewhere that any kind of reply to spam, even a "get me off your list" reply will INCREASE the amount of spam. Your reply proves that you notice spam and that you do something with it besides just delete it. This makes your email address more valuable. A "leave me alone" reply is STILL a reply. It might get you off the list of the guy who spamed you THIS time but he will add your name to the list of known repliers and sell you to the guys who will spam you NEXT time.

List network experts...

I've just been back on the list for a week now and I've not received any snow white messages but am now getting daily email from the e-commerce scam artists.... business opportunities, special price opportunities etc. Is there anything I can do to filter this stuff or even reply to them to let them know my honest opinion of their message.... when you "reply" to there message it isn't accepted. I guess I kinda take having this crap rammed down my throat personally.

Any advice would be appreciated.
