The same goes for '80s/'90s Novas/Prisms.

I don't know what the prism was, but the mid802 AE80-series Corolla was sold in Canada (and I expect USA) as Chevrolet Nova. Ny bro-in-law in Newfoundland had one, I drove it. And the AE90 was sold as Geo Storm...

The Novorolla suffered a big performance deficit compared to a Japanese-market AE80. Didn't reward enthusisatic driving at all. Also the US-spec suspension wasn't impressive. But stone-axe reliable.
