Subject: Oil temp wire.

I have no red light in the instrument cluster for the oil pressure. However, I do have a oil pressure gauge, and thus I know my pressure without worrying about the light. I have a 2 pole sender attached to a nipple where the normal oil sender is, and everything is wired up.

Any suggestions on how to test this? I have an 81, my instrument cluster is wired for tach and thus the later style.

Just an annoying little problem I would like to go away.
