Subject: OK-VW paint good seam design-BAD
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

Stamped seams were started in the fifties or maybe earlier? It is only recently THEY are building cars with less seams and body panels that are kept separate from each other.

But I have never seen a car that had as much stamped seams everywhere as the vanagon. (And in the worst areas)

Dot get me wrong I have LOVEd the Vanagon every since I 1st saw one. Its the best Utility vehicle ever made!

But these are only Opinions.

Currently: POR-15 Paint dry now im ready for Bondo over it, I hope it sticks!

Phil 84' all white westy "millenium flacon" Adventurewagen wanted (vanagon years)
