Hi Volks,

I installed a Berg shifter on my 89 syncro so SWMABO is more comfortable with the lever throw. You see we just HAD to have an extension. Net result is a slightly shorter throw than without the berg and the angled extension.

What this does is make the shifter "fall easily to hand" for those of us who might be reach impaired.

Installation with the exception of "sliding" read coaxing and cajoling the positioner device over the shift lever is a simple job.

REMEMBER TO ACCURATELY MARK THE LOCATION OF THE SHIFTER PLATE BEFORE REMOVING IT! Just like the instructions say or you'll be a shif'less skonk til you realign the shifter.

shif'less, not me.
