How does your engine run? When was the last time you had a compression done?

I developed a problem on my 88 GL and discovered blowby past the rings was pressurizing the case which in turn put pressure up through the pushrod housings into the valve cover. That pressure pushed the valve cover gasket out on one side causing it to leak, no matter what I did. The fix of course was to fix the cylinders, pistons, and rings.
