i'm facing a bit of a dilemma. i have a '91 vanagon with 142k miles and a leaking head gasket. do i go ahead and get the gaskets (possibly the heads too) repaired/replaced and hope that nothing goes wrong with the bottom half of the engine any time soon? or would it be a better idea to have the engine replaced with a rebuilt? any wisdom that could be passed on would be greatly appreciated.
