First: sounds like you have been ripped big time -- and provable on the first motor job. I suggest consulting a competent automobile repair claims attorney with experience in cylinder head litigation. Uh . . . wait a minute, I think your humble servant here is the only one in the nation crazy enough (wild-eyed) to pursue those kinds of cases. They are not cases where a lawyer makes a large, easy profit. They can be difficult and frustrating, and what is absolutely essential is that a comprehensive plan of attack be developed at once by a qualified professional. Note I said, "qualified." Not *every* lawyer will (1) be genuinely interested in the case, (2) have the scientific background, (3) have the tact and skill to outwit the professional crooked mech. There are good mechs and shops, and there are lots of bad ones; and the bad ones continue to thrive because they are good at something -- working the con and taking your money. Some do it and you think they are the best things on the planet. Yet some completely honest guys come off acting like jerks. Your *impressions* may be completely off the mark. Its time for the big boys to step in and take over. I would be happy to help and glad to point you in the right direction if you want to give me a call at my office, 9-5 EST. Write pmail for tel. no -- I don't want the freaks on this list having that valuable information. : ) $CRAP would go broke in two weeks . . .

Don't delay; the evidence will become stale. With each passing hour, your rights could be lost.

For the right case, (meaning: mucho deniro) we will even fuel up the $CRAP company plane and fly in our trial team. Then we'll kick some bass, have a celebration, and get ready to do it again. : ) Seriously, it sounds like a botched job, and you should not be taken advantage of like that. I will be available Thurs, Feb. 01and Fri. 02. HK
