Yeah I saw that rusty thing.. You should have seen when I pulled mine off.. I had a new battery in and everything else worked... Pulled the starter.. LOL! Put it to a tester (yeah I sorta work at a garage); I think you could have hand turned it faster than waht it was doing. Plus, I actually grabbed the spindle and stopped I,oh geezed.
