In my fuel line kits, I just replace these plain steel rings with stainless
Swedish hose clamps.  Works perfect.  The complete fuel line replacement kit
that comes with 10 feet of German fuel line, 20 stainless clamps and
instructions is $53.  Add $4 if you want to add a fuel injector seal kit
(since you're in there why not replace them at the same time).  This is
available to buy online at my webstore or just give me a call.
