Looks really really bad!!! I don't think you should buy it. Less than 10k US you say? Where did you say this van was, and what's the phone number of the seller. LOL Seriously, if the rust shown on those pictures is the worst part of the van, and everything mechanical is in order, I'd be writing the check now!
