Subject: Front Body repair Panels ---FOR THE LOVE OF GOD SOMEONE HELP ME
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii
Hi,
I'm really pissed off because some moron decided to slam his brake on a
green arrow while entering an intersection causing me to slam mine/ Being
under the assumption that he was exercising his "right of way" since he
had an green arrow, I followed through into the intersection and he just
stopped. His abs system worked were I just slid into him. He was stopping
for a police car. Anyway he got my insurance info and that was that. He
didn't have any damage that I could see.
.... So his Tahoe dipped as my poor baby dipped and now i have a smashed
in front panel on the driver side just below the upper grill. Everything
else is fine... both grills are fine and the drivers arch "seems" to be
ok. its just the lower front panel between the bumper and upper grill
thats affected. It looks repairable but I'd rather get a replacement with
a smooth finish to it. I had no luck so far in finding an after market
replacement panel for it. THE BUS DEPOT has the upper but no listing for
the lower....strange. Anyway... if anyone knows of anyone or Company that
could help me out PLEASE E-MAIL ME ASAP!!!!
By the way... My baby is a 1985 Vanagon Mark 3
