Now I once knew an engineer who thought he could rig up a CO2 laser to seek the bright headlights and beam right back into the reflector and make the lamp burn out right then...I don't know how big he decided it would have to be...nice quiet make 'em go away, at least until it decides to target somebody's bald head instead of a headlight... d
