Yes... I have one in my 85 Westy. It must draw more than 6 or 7 amps out of the 12 V battery, because my 50 watt solar panel can't keep up with it. It will do as advertised: keep the temperature inside about 20-30 degrees cooler than it is outside. Don't expect to make ice with it! (unless you live in Alaska)
