I for one noticed the small earthquake. My wife and I were sitting in a restaurant in Union City when I noticed a small tree outside shaking, and there was no wind and nobody around. I did not feel the shaking but while I was watching the tree shake she was saying "hurry up and eat, only 20 minutes until survivor is on." This morning I read in the paper about a 3.5 tremor at 7:41.
